The notification system update is complete. The issue causing incorrect notifications has been resolved. Notifications are now functioning as expected, with messages hopefully being sent to the correct recipients. The platform is fully operational and back online.

System and Code Update with New Features

The system and code update is complete. The new "Mark All as Read" feature for notifications has been successfully implemented. Front-end fetches have been unified and made more robust, improving overall performance. Additionally, the maintenance page has been introduced and will be displayed during any future maintenance. The platform is now back online and fully functional with these updates.
